Whether you are locking your property up for a month or several
months, it is never a good idea to just assume that all will be fine
until you return.

EVIDENCE OF ILLEGAL ENTRY
UNSOLICITED NEWSPAPERS IN DRIVEWAY AND MAILBOX
INSPECT INTERIOR OF PROPERTY FOR;
VISIBLE INSECT INFESTATION
EVIDENCE OF ILLEGAL ENTRY
VISIBLE STORM DAMAGE
MOLD/MILDEW GROWTH (ODORS)
FLUSH TOILETS AND ADD DEODORIZER
RUN WATER IN ALL TAPS FOR SEVERAL MINUTES
VERIFY THERMOSTAT SETTINGS ARE OPERATING CORRECTLY
VERIFY ELECTRONIC TIMERS ARE SET AND OPERATIONAL (IF APPLICABLE)
GENERAL CLEANING AT LEAST ONCE PER MONTH

In instances where we find visible evidence of storm damage, whether
it be from wind, fallen trees, water, etc., you will be contacted
for instructions on remedy. We can contact, with
Your approval, with local contractors for repairs.
In instances where we find visible evidence of illegal entry or
vandalism, the appropriate authorities will be contacted and they
will in turn contact you. We would take remedial actions
Based on their instructions.
Should minor repairs to any part of your property be required, we
can arrange to have the work done by a local contractor, with your
written permission.
Charges for the above services are as flexible as your needs.
